Diary of a Wimpy Kid-A Review

This is a review on the book “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” (the 1st one). I liked the book BUT, it was not the best book I’ve ever read, but falls into the 3/5 Star category.
This is a story of a kid in middle school, his name is Greg Heffley. In the story Greg is embarassed because his mom bought him a diary to write what goes on every day.That is what you are reading! His best friend is Rowley. His older brother Rodrick is in a band called “Loaded Diaper,” in the book everyone says they stink. His younger brother Manny never gets in ANY trouble! And there is a freaky kid named Fregly, I have to admit he creeps me out!
This book is good for grade 3-5 students.
It’s fun to read because:
- It has comics
- It’s like a real diary
- There are some silly drawings
- AND MORE…
